First" Mini Grants
The Beckley Area Foundation offers a special grant program for innovative
educational efforts. Raleigh County classroom teachers Pre-K through 12 may apply for $300 grants for supplementary programs.
Teachers complete a simple application form by September 29th to request funds.
In addition to the unrestricted funds used for the annual community grant
program, the Beckley Area Foundation manages over 100 named endowments which generate income for a wide variety of charitable
purposes. These designated endowments do not fall under the guidelines outlined above.
